DR. ROLANDO P. DAYCOEmail: profrdayco@yahoo.com Dr. Dayco is concurrently the President of Philippine Industrial Automation, Inc., Chairman of the Academic Advisory Board of FEATI University, and Professorial Lecturer (part-time contractual) at the UP College of Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Energy Engineering from the University of the Philippines, and completed his dissertation at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Dayco has a renowned record of accomplishments as an educator, educational administrator, and consultant in the academe and the private sector, and has established expertise in the fields of Electrical and Energy Engineering and Technology Management (particularly in the fields of R&D Management and Technology-Based Entrepreneurship). |

PROF. EDISON D. CRUZEmail: edisondcruz912@yahoo.com Prof. Cruz is the current Executive Director of the U.P. Technology Management Center and is an accomplished educator, administrator, and consultant in the following fields of expertise: Management of Technology and Innovation, Science and Technology Policy, and Business and Operations Management. He graduated cum laude from the U.P. School of Economics and obtained his MBA degree from the U.P. College of Business Administration. In his nearly 20 years of experience in both the corporate sector and academe, Prof. Cruz has served as a project leader and consultant in various government and private sector technology projects, and has been a valued resource speaker in various technology-related training programs. |

DR. ELVIRA A. ZAMORAEmail: elvira.zamora@gmail.com Dr. Zamora has been in the academe, specifically in management education, for the past 29 years. She is a highly-recognized expert in project management, operations management, management of innovation, management of emerging technologies, operations research/management science, and technology-based entrepreneurship. She finished her doctoral degree from the U.P. College of Business Administration and her consultancy experience largely involves institutional studies and capability assessment, institutional strengthening, and competence building. Dr. Zamora has several publications to her name and has been invited to various conferences, workshops, and symposia as plenary speaker, discussant, reactor, technical paper presenter, facilitator, and resource person. |

DR. SERAFIN D. TALISAYONEmail: serafintalisayon@gmail.com Dr. Talisayon is a renowned seasoned educator and expert in the fields of physical, social and behavioral sciences; futuristic science; environmental and sustainable development; emerging technologies and technology strategy. Dr. Talisayon’s Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Physical Biology were both earned from the prestigious Cornell University, and he was a respected senior faculty of the UP Diliman Asian Center before his retirement from the University. He has also distinguished himself in research and publications where he has written and presented more than 40 scholarly papers and publications in various fields for the past 12 years. |

PROF. GLEN A. IMBANGEmail: glenimbang@yahoo.com Prof. Imbang holds double Masters degrees in MS Biology (U.P. Diliman) and Master of Engineering and Technology Management (University of Queensland), and is also an Asst. Professor at the UP Integrated School. Prof. Imbang has excelled himself in extension, research and research writing, where he has the experience and competence to carry out teaching, research, and consultancy in most areas of Technology Management, particularly as an expert in strategic technology planning and technology forecasting. In one of his more outstanding extension achievements, he became the first project leader in the entire country to successfully conduct an actual Technology Foresight project for a major Philippine industry (electronics), thus reaping laurels for UP Diliman from the Department of Science and Technology and the APEC Center for Technology Foresight in Thailand. |

Francisco is renowned for her legal qualifications and respected expertise in the specialized technical-legal field of intellectual property rights (IPR) and protection, which were borne mainly out of her internationally-recognized credentials and wide lecturing experience in the field of IPR and related issues. Atty. Francisco is a graduate of the UP College of Law and is a leading authority on intellectual property rights and IPR-related issues. She was the immediate past Director-General of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines, and has held top-level positions in other leading IPR bodies, both local and international. Atty. PROF. NESTOR O. RAÑESESEmail: nraneses@gmail.com Prof. Rañeses has a unique wealth of teaching and practical experience in both academe and industry, with expertise in various fields of industrial engineering and specializations in production/manufacturing systems, statistical process control and quality improvement, operations research and energy systems management. Prof. Rañeses holds a Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the UP College of Engineering and the Georgia Institute of Technology and has been involved in various Industrial and quality improvement consulting work for several government agencies and private firms. He served UP Diliman for many years as Associate Professor and Chair of the Industrial Engineering Department of the UP College of Engineering, before he went full-time as Executive Director of American Microsystems (Philippines). PROF. HENRY RHOEL R. AGUDAEmail: hrraguda@gsis.gov.ph Prof. Aguda possess a wealth of both advanced training and over 20 years of deep, relevant experience in managerial and senior executive positions in major technology-oriented companies such as Meralco, Bayantel, Nextel, Fujitsu, Digitel, and presently, the GSIS where is he is concurrently the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice-President of its Information Technology Services Group. In all of these exposures, Prof. Aguda has attained great and valuable knowledge and expertise in financial analysis relating to technology and business. These, together with his advanced financial analysis education at the prestigious Wharton School of Business (Strategic Alliance Program) and the renowned Asian Institute of Management (Chartered Financial Analysis Program), as well as a multitude of other technology-finance trainings held in various parts of the globe, has bestowed Prof. Aguda with a high level of rare industry-exposed knowledge in his special field of expertise. |
