Admission to the MTM program is open to all Bachelor’s degree holders with a good academic record. Preference shall be given to those with backgrounds in engineering and science, business, management, economics, and the social sciences.Priority shall also be given to applicants with relevant work experience in corporate planning, program or project management, development planning, policy analysis, science and technology (S&T) or research and development (R&D) institutions, and other technology-related backgrounds.
Requirements
Applicants to the MTM program will pay the required fees and submit to the UPTMC the following documents for eligibility evaluation:
- Fill up this questionnaire with your name and email address.
- Duly-filled up official application forms (TMC-GC Form No. 1, or secured from the UPTMC office)
- Two (2) recommendation forms (TMC-GC Form No. 2, or secured from the UPTMC office) duly filled out by persons who are in a position to assess the applicant’s potential for graduate work (like a former professor or immediate supervisor)
- Please scan all required documents and images including proof of payment ((except for the recommendation letters). Please upload all the scanned documents into a google drive. Label the google drive as follows: Last Name_First Name_UPDTMCMTMAPP2021 and then share the google drive to the following address: uptmc2021@gmail.com. Kindly make uptmc2021@gmail.com as a co-editor for your google drive Recommendation Form (TMC-GC Form No. 2 – filled up letter of recommendation should be emailed to TMC by Recommenders) to be filled out by persons who are in a position to assess the applicant’s potential for graduate work. Original Transcript of Records of all degrees obtained (applicant must have completed at least a 4 -year Bachelor’s degree course).
Certified True Copies of Diplomas or Certificates of Graduation.
Certification of Employment signed by applicant’s immediate supervisor using the company letterhead (for employed applicants).
Duties and responsibilities of the applicant, signed by his/her immediate supervisor using the company letterhead (for employed applicants).
Two 2×2 and two 1×1 pictures; and one clear scanned image of any government ID (such as Driver’s License; Passport; UMID; GSIS ID). and one selfie with the same government ID (head and shoulders with the ID near your face).
Application Fee of P50 ($50 for foreign students).
Processing Fee of P250.

Applicants from schools where English is not a medium of instruction are also required to take the TOEFL and obtain a minimum score of 550. All applicants will also undergo a written examination and an interview. |
