TMC wishes Eduard Ybarbia all the best. Eduard, an MTM alumnus, is currently a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Philippine Integrated Energy Solutions, Inc. – an Ayala Land Subsidiary that offers Design-Build-and Operate service of District Cooling System (DCS) and ESCO projects. His primary role is to manage the projects on its planning stage, execution and finalize projects according to strict deadlines while maintaining the allocated budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts to consultants, to other Strategic Business Units and contractors in order to deliver the projects as planned. He also implements and facilitates business plans/models and performs financial feasibility studies for projects that operate within the Ayala group.
Concurrent to his duties as BDM, he also conducts presentations on energy efficiency and standards relative to air-conditioning systems and spearheads cost benefit evaluations on recent air-conditioning technologies using Life-Cycle Cost Analysis and other related tools.

He finished Master in Technology Management (UP) in 2012 and currently taking up Master in Business Administration (Regis) at Ateneo Graduate School of Business (2013 – present).
