-Submit all requirements (except Item 11) in a Google Drive folder and share it with the MTM
Admissions email as Editor to mtm_admissions.upd@up.edu.ph
– Recommendation Forms must be sent directly by the recommender to the MTM Admissions email.
– Applicants are encouraged to join the MTM Admissions Facebook Group for updates and detailed
instructions https://facebook.com/groups/uptmcmtmadmissions
The group will contain the Application Form, Recommendation Forms, payment details, video essay questions, and further instructions.
